New York City FC Talent Centers offer a premier supplemental development program for ambitious players looking to maximize their potential in a professional training environment. Through year-round training, players follow the NYCFC methodology while developing their technical ability, tactical understanding, decision-making, and confidence alongside other highly motivated players. Outstanding performers will continue to have opportunities to be identified for advanced NYCFC player pathways, including Academy, Girls Teams, City Select, and other invitational experiences.

What's New:

GameDays - In-House tournaments against other Talent Center Locations.
Regional Select Games - Standout Players from North and South regions will be chosen to play in special regional showcase matches.
Talent Center Showcase Teams - Throughout the year, standout players will be selected to represent Talent Center in showcase matches against other elite player development programs, including Redbulls RDS, Philadelphia Union PPP, New England Revolution TPP, and D.C. United PPP.
Spain Football Experience - Players will have the opportunity to participate in an optional international experience in Spain, combining professional training sessions with Girona FC and Real Madrid, competitive friendly fixtures against local opposition, and the opportunity to experience Spanish culture while traveling alongside teammates. (Additional Fee - if attending).
Talent Center Cup 2027 - Our annual end-of-year tournament brings together all players from every Talent Center location for a day of competitive matches, celebration, and community. Players will have the opportunity to represent their location while competing alongside teammates from across the Talent Center program. All players
Summer Select Camp 2027 - Standout Talent Center players will earn selection by NYCFC Youth Programs coaches for our four-day Summer Select Camp. Remaining roster spots will be filled through an open tryout process for both TalentCenter players and invited players from outside the program, creating a highly competitive training environment before competing in the EDP Summer Sizzler Tournament. (Additional Fee - if attending).
